I served as a Senior Coach Trainer for the ICF accredited, professional coaching certification programmes, delivered by the Institute of Coaching in Geneva (IDC), Switzerland, and was a supervisor for coaches in the process of certification.

The training and development programmes were designed for individuals and teams to learn Leadership Coaching, plus Interpersonal and Cross-Cultural skills in an international context.

I also worked as a Facilitator and World Café host; designing, organizing and conducting large-scale international collaborative events for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and World Summit of Information Society (WSIS).

Behind the scenes I was involved with the Gender Focal Point project in ITU’s TSB sector, which included gender policy and training.
