Caring Heart and Hands Invites You to the Grand Opening of a 3rd Facility!

Caring Heart and Hands – the leading provider of adult daycare services in Northern Mississippi – will celebrate the launch of their third facility with a grand opening party on August 11th, beginning at noon, at their brand new location: 41314 Hwy 45 in Aberdeen!

Looking back, to the roots of a new movement, you can see why Caring Heart and Hands was destined to be a success that keeps on gaining momentum.

In 2012, Connie and Chris Sadler found themselves in a dilemma when a family member was stricken with Organic Brain Syndrome, resulting in Alzheimer’s disease. As the symptoms became more complicated, the two – who are Registered Nurses – found themselves unable to provide optimum care without resorting to a 24 hour care solution. Knowing the same things were happening in other local families, they committed to co-creating a daycare facility– staffed with qualified caregivers – for adult members of the Tupelo community.

Their mission: to help caregivers, and those they love, maintain a sense of  independence AND inclusion, with services like:

Live-in Home Care

The Heart House is a residential home designed for loved ones with special needs; to be a temporary respite for caregivers who need a break from their normal, taxing routine.

Transportation

Caring Heart and Hands provides handicap-accessible vehicles for transporting clients to and from their home and the Center.

Health Services

General Health Assessment, Vital Signs, Medication Monitoring, Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ambulating, toileting, feeding), First Aid, Health Education, Blood Sugar Checks, and Diabetic Foot Checks.

Nutrition Services

Menus follow USDA guidelines and are approved by a Registered Dietician. All meals are served hot and fresh and prepared onsite using ServSafe® practices.

This ingenious solution increased in popularity and a facility in Ecru was born.

The Sadler team was quoted as saying… “We felt there was a need in Ecru – and the surrounding area – for similar services and we heeded the call to expand our reach into the community.”

Not only did Caring Heart and Hands open a new facility, they expanded their services, in both locations, to include…

Therapeutic Services

Activities are structured so participants receive cognitive stimulation, physical exertion, hand/eye coordination, social interaction, and exercise for all five senses. Examples include picnics, coffee socials, group games, group singing, exercise, monthly birthday parties, arts and crafts, schoolroom learning, devotions, word searches, field trips, gardening, community involvement, cards and BINGO.

Social Services

Caring Heart and Hands often helps clients arrange doctor visits, secure assistance through community programs, advocate with Social Security issues, and advise about available community resources and assistance services.

This winning combination has now been called to Aberdeen!

The founders are excited about supporting caregivers and their loved ones, and are dedicated to providing the best care solutions. The team has said, “We are looking to delay or avoid full-time institutional placement. Our goal is to support both seniors and young adults – aged twenty-one and over – by offering therapeutic and social services to help maintain independence while also engaging socially. The idea is to improve quality of life for everyone involved with Caring Heart and Hands.”

The Grand Opening will be a phenomenal event to showcase their joie de vivre!

Caring Heart and Hands has pulled out all the stops and will celebrate this event with games, door prizes, food and fun. They’ll even have a special prize for the one who refers the most people before the August 11th event!

Still have questions? No problem… there will be a special Q & A with Owner and RN, Connie Sadler at the Grand Opening. If you’re ready to enlist the leading provider of adult daycare services in Northern Mississippi, join Connie and her vibrant staff at the new Caring Heart and Hands facility in Aberdeen on August 11th, at noon. Stop by and celebrate the exciting new chapter in your – and your loved ones – lives.
